A MIND AT PEACE
Sam's Story
Meet Sam.
Sam runs a consulting business that brings in $950,000 a year in revenue. He has four employees and provides consulting services to businesses, guiding them toward profitability.
Overall, Sam’s business runs smoothly. His employees do their jobs, referrals are rolling in, payroll is being met and his revenue is consistent.
Sam didn’t reach out to me because of a specific problem.
Sam reached out because he didn’t feel comfortable discussing business ideas with his spouse and employees. He didn’t have anyone with whom he could be completely honest about what he was thinking. He was dealing with the problems that pop up in every business, revamping his marketing, managing employee issues, questions about new business directions, concerns with a shifting market, etc.
He needed a business advisor in his corner who could give him a fresh perspective and provide guidance as needed. He needed an advisor on call who could help him deal with the various issues that surfaced along the way.
I worked out an arrangement with Sam.
There were times he needed to speak many times during the week.
There were times he didn’t reach out for a couple of weeks.
We covered many issues and challenges during our work together.
We discussed employee issues, marketing campaigns, and some new business ideas. We looked at operation and process changes and ways of dealing with the competition.
We explored Sam’s fears and concerns in his business and helped him make powerful mindset shifts. We tweaked his sales and branding. We dealt with the good stuff, the bad stuff, and the hard stuff.
I was there whenever and however Sam needed me.
Sam finally had peace of mind.
His business began to run more efficiently and smoothly, while his stress levels dropped. Sam felt like he was in control of his business.
We continued to work together and his business continued to grow.
Sam finally had a partner in his business. He wasn’t alone.
And having that peace of mind made all the difference.
